I was planning to write this post for a quite while now. But I had some doubts on my mind whether I should write it or not.I will disclose the reason at the end of the post

So Pac-man needs no introduction. I will come straight to the point. If you don’t know what Pacman is, don’t bother to read this post This is only for avid Pacman fans. I have played several versions of Pac-man whether it is Namco original or other distributions. Several years back I got interested in little Dos games and used to search and try different of those games. At that time I tried lots of Dos versions of Pac-man that were available. But nothing amazed me like the flash-based Pac-man created by Neave. Now you can ask what can make such a difference to me in a simple Pacman game. That’s true. There’s not much you can change in a Pac-man. It’s plain and simple. And that’s the beauty about it. But the UI of Neave Pac-man was so elegant that your playing experience almost become seamless. You have to play it to know it

But the thing is due to some copyright complaint by Namco, Neave removed the game from his site. And I can’t upload it here as it was not recommended by Neave himself. I tweeted him about whether I can share the file that I have in my computer with all you guys. But he advised against it. So I am not going to upload it here. You can do a Google search and I am pretty sure with a little bit of work you will find it. There are two versions available online, one that can store High Scores and one that can’t. Try finding out the one that can store High Scores. It’s like a complete package And size of the file is also minimal around 850 KB.

And that’s why I didn’t want to write this post at first as I can’t upload the Neave Pac-man file. You need to do a bit of work if you don’t have Neave Pac-Man yet
