Twitterfeed & Feedlr are two third party services that can automatically update your Twitter with your new blog posts. They support both RSS & Atom feeds. So whether you use WordPress or Blogger or whatever, you would have no problem with that.

You just have to give your Twitter username & password to validate your account. They will synchronize your blog feed with Twitter account. You can choose to show only the post title or can add an excerpt of the post to it. You don’t have to do anything anymore.

You can login to both the services with OpenId. But Feedlr lets you register your own account on that site if you want.

Choose anyone. If you are using WordPress, the best part is that you don’t have use another plugin to update Twitter with your posts.
